Ingredients
  

Canned Corn and Peppers

  • 3 cans (11 oz) MexiCorn (sweet corn & diced red and green peppers) drained
  • 1 can (7 oz) chopped green chiles
  • 1 can (6 oz) chopped jalapeno peppers drained and liquid added to taste

Dairy and Vegetables

  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package (16 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Chips

  • 2-3 bags Fritos Scoops corn chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chips.
  • Chill two hours to overnight. Serve with Frito Scoops corn chips.

Notes

This corn dip is also known as Crack Corn Dip and is perfect for parties.
