  • 3 tablespoons good olive oil
  • 1 medium onion (white or red) chopped fine
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley or dill

  • Mix all ingredients together
