Instructions
Meatloaf Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, garlic, egg, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, peas, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf. Place in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
Mashed Potatoes Instructions
While the meatloaf is baking, boil the quartered potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add heavy whipping cream, butter, and cheddar cheese to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Notes
This dish is best served warm, alongside the meatloaf for a hearty meal.
