Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium navel orange
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Grate 2 teaspoons zest from orange; set aside. Peel orange and divide into segments.
  • Place segments, zest, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until flavors have blended, at least 2 hours and up to 3 days.

Notes

If you prefer a sweeter relish, you can increase the sugar to ¾ cup. You can add chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch, if you like.
