Zucchini Mixture
- 4 cup Grated Zucchini
- ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 unit Egg
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Parsley Salt or use salt to taste
- 1 cup Grated Cheese of Choice for topping
Preparation
Squeeze all of the juices you can, out of the grated zucchini.
In a bowl, combine together grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg and garlic salt. Stir to combine everything together.
On a lined baking dish, spread out the zucchini mixture in a thin layer, about half an inch thick. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
Top baked crust with your choice of cheese. Bake a second time for 2-5 minutes, just until the cheese melts and gets golden brown.
Slice and serve while it's still hot.
