Ingredients
  

Salmon and Seasonings

  • 2 lbs Salmon Filet
  • 2 tablespoon Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • Garlic Salt and Pepper as desired

Bang Bang Sauce

  • ¾ cup Mayo
  • ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic grated or minced

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Pat the salmon dry and remove the salmon skin.
  • Cut salmon into 1-1.5 inch chunks and place into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, seasonings, and garlic paste. Season the salmon bites with garlic salt and black pepper.
  • Add the mayo mixture on top of the bites ensuring everything is coated. Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet in a single layer, about 1-2 inches apart.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • While cooking, whisk together the bang bang sauce ingredients. Drizzle the sauce on top of the cooked salmon.

Notes

Don't overcook your salmon! For a rarer salmon, roast for 7 minutes instead of 10. Use Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise for a healthier alternative.
