Dough and Toppings

  • 1 piece pizza dough, round, 20-22 cm diameter
  • 80 ml pizza sauce
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • toppings of choice (sliced mushrooms, ham, grilled peppers, black olives, fresh arugula)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • herbes de Provence

Preparation Steps

  • Take the pizza dough out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before preparation.
  • Gently roll out the dough on a floured surface to form a maximum 20 cm diameter circle.
  • Prepare the toppings by finely chopping them. Quickly sauté mushrooms to remove excess moisture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
  • Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
  • Evenly spread the pizza sauce, leaving a 1 cm border.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange the toppings harmoniously.
  • Carefully place the pizza in the air fryer and cook at 190°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Monitor the cheese color, which should be lightly golden.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Avoid very wet ingredients to maintain a crispy texture. Lightly precook water-rich vegetables. The dough should not exceed 3 mm in thickness for even cooking.
